The Mary T Family of Companies is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts across all health care lines of business, including outpatient therapy, home health, hospice and residential communities. The primary focus will be on expanding our client base through developing internal and external referral channels.

This position requires in-person field work in the local community and surrounding Twin Cities area as you work to build connections and referral channels. At least 50% of this position will consist of time spent out marketing in the local community and surrounding areas of Coon Rapids, MN.

Ideal candidate will have sales experience and marketing experience, as well as experience in the health care industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC JOB DUTIES

  • Develop referral channels across healthcare service lines (home health, hospice, outpatient services, and senior living).
  • Maintain relations with community organizations, hospitals, clinics, residential healthcare facilities (group homes, assisted living, senior living), and other referral sources to generate admissions.
  • Collaborate across our different lines of business to promote our continuum of care.
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for services, and evaluate existing marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Conduct market research, pricing research and analysis to ensure the sale and profitability of services; and to ensure competitive pricing for services.
  • Ensure the organization has a clear and consistent brand via marketing materials, social media tools, website, online presence, and other resources.
  • Oversee the development of all external brochures, welcome books, informational guides, and other materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the different lines of business of the organization; identify needs for new products or services; and make recommendations to leadership team.
  • Understand the market for our different lines of business.
  • Collaborate in the development of new service offerings.
  • Develop, create, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, policies, and strategies.
  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
  • Leadership of all digital, advertising, and social media campaigns.
  • Management of all external marketing and advertising relationships, including oversight of external vendors and contract negotiations.
  • Developing quantitative metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, communicating those results to Directors and other line of business leaders, and providing direction for how marketing can be most effective.
  • Manage the company marketing budget, which will include advertisements, social media accounts, promotional events and other marketing initiatives. This position is also responsible for overseeing all external marketing and advertising relationships.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: At least 5+ years of relevant experience with both direct and digital marketing. Experience with sales and marketing in a health care setting is required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress to fulfill job responsibilities
